'PineHarbor started from a humble ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza shop was initially a quaint, family-oriented venture, built on recipes passed from one generation to the next.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft on her voyages across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the home of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she aspired to recreate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to classic techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.
Starting as an intimate pizzeria with just 12 seats, we've expanded to become a treasured fixture in the community, while our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains steadfast. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and procure the best ingredients available.
Now, 'PineHarbor' is still operated by our family, with the succeeding generation of the Rossi lineage steering our enthusiastic crew. Even though we've adopted some new approaches, our core purpose persists: crafting irresistible, genuine pizza that unites friends and family.
