Refund Policy

At PineHarbor, we value our customers and strive to provide the best pizza and customer service experience possible. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to request a refund. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are provided and how they are processed.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +39 06 1234 5678. Cancellations are accepted within a limited time frame from the time of placing the order. Unfortunately, once our kitchen has begun preparing your pizza, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds.

Incorrect or Defective Orders

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an incorrect or defective order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order details and a description of the issue. We will either arrange for a replacement product to be sent or offer a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the approved refund request. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders that have been specially made to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, gift cards, promotional items, and any merchandise not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error are not eligible for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 1234 5678.

Non-Refundable Charges

Please be aware that delivery charges are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
